Stacy is more than an accomplished business transactional, real estate, construction and land use lawyer. She is also an International lawyer with an advanced law degree in International Law with a Business emphasis. Her wide range of knowledge, education, training and experience enables Stacy to assist business clients in the Northwest with all of their local and international interests. Stacy's goal, at which she excels, is to keep deals alive and her client's business plans on track.

Stacy began her legal career as an Assistant Deputy District Attorney and developed the skills of a trial lawyer. Then she became Assistant County Counsel for Clackamas County where she learned the art of Governmental Relations and Public Contracting. The lure of private practice drew Stacy to work at a large west coast law firm where She practiced Real Estate, Construction and Land Use law before returning to Willamette University to obtain her Masters Degree in International Law.
