Scott B. Monfils

Scott Monfils represents insured and self-insured employers and insurers in state and federal courts and before the Oregon Workers' Compensation Board and the Washington Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals.

Experienced in workers' compensation and employment-related matters, Scott Monfils represents insured and self-insured employers and insurers in state and federal courts and before the Oregon Workers' Compensation Board and the Washington Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals. Scott also handles Oregon Safety and Health Administration safety violation complaints, premium audit disputes before the Department of Consumer and Business Services, and state and federal Department of Transportation audit litigation.

He provides advice and counsel on a wide range of issues for clients which include RSG Forest products, Les Schwab Tire Centers, Oregonian Publishing Company, Liberty Northwest Insurance Corporation, and Hewlett Packard Co.

Scott is a native of Portland and is now raising his five children here. When he's not practicing law, he's playing golf or spending time with his family.
