Allyson has substantial experience litigating cases in the state and federal courts, in private arbitration and before administrative agencies. Her practice emphasizes employment litigation including cases involving race, gender, age, disability and injured worker discrimination, complex wage claims, wrongful discharge, non-competition agreements and trade secret obligations. Allyson is an avid hiker and cross-country skier. Oregon State Bar, Washington State Bar, Multnomah County Bar Association, American Bar Association Litigation Section, and the Oregon State Bar Labor and Employment Law Section Executive Committee. Allyson is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Oregon and Washington.
