Andrea Conner joined Hitt Hiller Monfils Williams shortly after graduating law school from Willamette University College of Law. Andrea has a passion for complex legal issues and served as the editor of Willamette Law Online, a publication summarizing U.S. Supreme Court cases the same day they were published.
Prior to joining Hitt Hiller Monfils Williams, Andrea worked for a labor and employment firm and assisted with various complex labor and employment cases including high-profile racketeering litigation and employment discrimination at the Oregon appellate level. She also has experience dealing with various state and federal agencies including the Bureau of Labor and Industries and the National Labor Relations Board.
At Hitt Hiller Monfils Williams, Andrea enjoys a civil litigation practice. She works closely with other attorneys to manage and litigate personal injury, insurance coverage, family law, and employment cases. She negotiates favorable settlements and prepares successful summary judgment motions for clients.
Andrea believes agreeing upon early evaluation and litigation strategy with the client is essential to achieving a positive outcome, whether it be early settlement or aggressive litigation to trial. Andrea's strong research and analytical skills, efficient communications and timely reports are appreciated by her clients.
When away from work, Andrea enjoys spending time with friends and family and seizing any opportunity to travel to new places both near and far.
